The Teen Mastermind is where young entrepreneurs get the tools, mentorship, and support to turn their ideas into real businesses.
Hey there! My name is Malcolm, and I’m a teenage entrepreneur.
For the past 9 years, my parents have taken me to every business and marketing event they've attended.
Going to those events gave me a massive passion for entrepreneurship. But back home, I never had anyone my age to talk to about all the cool business stuff I was learning. None of my friends were into it.

You already know that as an entrepreneur, it's super important to have a circle of peers that think like you do, dream big like you do, and act on those dreams like you do.
That's why we go to events like Funnel Hacking Live, so we can be with our people, with our tribe. You are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so it's especially important for the teens, who are still in their development years, to have a positive peer environment.

That all changed last year at Russell’s Unlock The Secrets in Paradise.
I created a Discord group and invited the teens I met at the event. Then we started a weekly mastermind call to check in, get to know each other, and build our businesses together.

This is where it all began. These teen events were some of my favorite to attend because I would finally meet other teenpreneurs. However, I never stayed connected with the other teens, and the friendships never grew.
But this time would be different. One impromptu Facebook post later and we had our very first Teen Mastermind.
For the next few months after Unlock The Secrets, the Teen Mastermind would meet online every week to share with each other the progress we made, set new goals for the next week. One day, a few of us had the idea: "What if we tried to get on the FHL stage?" So we made a video for Russell. The speaker line-up was already full, but we tried anyway. We made the video, sent it to him, and waited...

The video worked! And in a different way than we expected. Funnel Hacking Live 10 re-introduced "round tables," for the first time since 2020. It was one big room of over 60 round tables each being hosted by high-level entrepreneurs like Eric Thayne, Dan Henry, Richmond Dinh, Kathryn Jones Lish, Steve Larson, McCall Jones, and so many more. And we were among them!
The round tables also gave us the opportunity to talk directly to the other teens at the event and leave a personal impact on them.

A ton of new members joined after FHL, and we also got in touch with a lot of successful entrepreneurs who were interested in being guest speakers. Our first speaker was Reef Colman, who was absolutely phenomenal and set a very high bar for the rest of our speakers.
And every single guest we've had has said the same thing:
"I wish I had this community when I was a teen."

Every Monday and Saturday, your teen will jump on a Zoom call with other entrepreneurial-minded teens. They’ll share wins, talk about challenges, bounce around ideas, and hold each other accountable.
These calls are the core of the Teen Mastermind. Your teen will learn how to think clearly, speak with purpose, and show up with accountability—skills that will serve them for life.

This isn’t a shallow group chat—it’s a safe, positive space where teens support each other, share ideas, and develop meaningful friendships. They’ll also get a new accountability partner each week, which gives them constant connection and support.
Most of our members say they’ve met their best friends inside this community—and some even build businesses together.

We didn’t forget about you. As a parent, you’ll get access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with other parents who are raising driven, forward-thinking teens. You’ll see what’s happening inside the community and be better equipped to support your teen’s growth.

Every few weeks, we bring in entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses, spoken on major stages like Funnel Hacking Live, and know what it takes to win.
But it’s not just a lecture. Your teen gets to ask questions, engage in the conversation, and learn directly from people who are years ahead.

When a guest speaker gives permission, they’re added to a private Rolodex that your teen can access any time.
This means your teen will have the ability to reach out directly to high-level entrepreneurs—the same ones who’ve spoken on our calls—to ask questions, get advice, or start a conversation.
This kind of connection gives your teen an edge most adults never had.

If your teen refers a friend, they’ll receive affiliate commission!
It’s a simple, clean way to introduce your teen to the world of affiliate marketing and value-based income.

The Teen Mastermind is for young entrepreneurs who want to surround themselves with other driven, creative, like-minded teens. Whether you’re already running a business or just starting to dream big, this is your community.
The teen community lives on Discord. It’s fun, fast, safe, and where most teens already hang out. That’s where members connect daily, get updates, and share wins. The mastermind calls happen over Zoom. Parents are welcome to join the Discord as well as the Parent Facebook group.
We currently meet twice a week at these times:
- Mondays at 5pm Pacific
- Saturdays at 11am Pacific
All calls are recorded, so you can catch up any time. Whether you make every call or just a few, you’ll still get a ton of value.
Totally fine! Many of the teens, including myself, are introverts. You can ease into things at your own pace. Our weekly calls, paired accountability partners, and encouraging culture make it easy to build confidence over time.
Nope! Some of the teens already have thriving businesses, while others are still exploring ideas. Wherever your teen is at, they'll grow faster by being around other teens who think like entrepreneurs, and they’ll get tons of inspiration and guidance along the way.
Typically 13-19 years old, however younger kids that are mature enough are more than welcome to join!
Discord does require you to be at least 13 years old to have an account.
- Lifelong friendships with other entrepreneurial teens
- Weekly accountability and mentorship
- Direct access to top-level guest speakers
- A private community that actually gets them
- And the chance to build a business with the support of others their age
Yes! We already have international members. As long as the times work for you (or you watch the replays), you’re welcome in the community.
Absolutely! You'll get to attend one of the calls for free to see if it’s a good fit before you commit. We want you to feel confident this is the right community for you.
